You can track the payment status of your invoices via our very visual icons as :
paid, partially paid, unpaid, pending, credit, paid by credit, etc. each status will have its icon.
You can also activate online payment, or connect your bank to link the corresponding payments.
Can I dun late invoices ?

Factomos offers a series of 4 customisable emails for your mailings.
Once activated, the series triggers reminders, at the frequency of your choice, until the invoice is paid.
Can I have my invoices paid online ?

Factomos allows you to link your PayPal, Stripe (credit card), GoCardLess (SEPA)
and Finctecture (DSP2 Direct Transfer) accounts.

Does Factomos manage purchase invoices ?
Yes,
It's included in the TRESOR pack, and optional for EXPRESS.
Factomos lets you connect our partner Jenji and take photos of your invoices with your mobile phone.
Their OCR will do the rest.
Can I give access to my chartered accountant ?
Yes,
all Factomos accounts include free access for your chartered accountant.
They will be able to download your invoices in the correct format or into their accounting production tool,
along with the breakdown and your documents.
Can I issue automatic invoices?
Yes, you can,
Factomos has a recurrence engine that allows you to generate invoices (or drafts), send them, and pay them automatically.
You can also create a spreadsheet (Google Sheets) and generate your invoices using Zapier.
Factomos also has an API if you have a more complex project.
